Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying, as it provides all the details about the services or products you purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please email us at care.labelroohani@gmail.com with the correct Order ID or WhatsApp us on the provided numbers.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy

We try our best to create suitable design concepts for our customers. A refund will be provided only if the customer receives a different product. For this, the customer must provide an unboxing video of the received package.

If a customer is not completely satisfied with the product quality, we do not offer a refund. However, feedback is always welcome and helps us improve our products.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. For payment gateway transactions, refunds will be made to the same account.

No Refund Policy

We work with a No Refund Policy except in certain cases such as product out of stock, delivery not being possible, or emergency situations.

7 Days Easy Return Policy

This policy is applicable only to Clothing categories (Men’s & Women’s wear). It is a return-cum-replacement or exchange policy.

• Item missing

If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided. This policy is not valid for discounted or offer products.

Returns are not applicable for fabric issues, minor color differences, or fabric quality.

Return & Refund Terms & Conditions

• Return will be created only after investigation by our team.
• We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.
• Customers must ship the product to our warehouse address:
  Dadudayal Nagar Vistar, Kalyanpura Road,
  Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302029
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags and accessories intact.
• Refund is initiated only after QC approval of the returned product.
• COD charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For size or color change, a convenience fee of ₹149 will be charged.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment source. For COD orders, bank details must be shared via mail or WhatsApp.
• Refund processing time depends on the payment partner or bank.

• Do not share OTPs or make advance payments for COD orders.
• Beware of scam or fraud calls.
• Do not visit any other website for complaints or return processes.
• We are not responsible for any fraud attempts.
